Terms & Conditions

  • For anything above 50kg, please email us on to get a quote. We also offer collection of parcels at a separate cost
  • Road Freight Delivery Times Approximately 5-10 Days into Lusaka
  • All parcels will be charged on volumetric or actual weight, whichever is greater at the time of forwarding the parcel to Zambia
  • To use our FREIGHT ROAD SERVICE please ensure you add your customer ID and have it delivered to our RSA Road Freight Address as per above
  • How is volume weight calculated? Length x Width x Height in cm and then divide by 2000 = Volume Weight
  • By registering as a customer of iShop or by delivering parcels to iShop Origin Warehouses, represents the customers’ acceptance of agreement to our terms and conditions.
  • Rates are for receiving your parcels at our warehouses and shipment to Lusaka and delivery to your nearest Road Shoppers collection point.
  • Parcels will only be held for 4 days before they begin to attract storage fees, after 1month without collection, these will be auctioned.
  • Quotations can be provided for larger shipments in advance. Please email weights and dimensions to, we will provide you with an estimate of duty applicable as well should you desire to add that cost in.
  • All charges to be paid upon collection from our offices
  • All parcels are rounded up to the nearest 1 kilo
  • Any expense incurred in getting the parcels to our warehouses is the responsibility of the client
  • We recommend that your parcels are sent tracked by suppliers when delivering to iShop Worldwide warehouses.
  • Dutiable items must be accompanied by an invoice stating value of goods whenever possible.
  • Customers will be liable to pay customs duties and VAT incurred upon clearance at destination when customs levy duties. Should you need SADC declaration or SAD500 forms these will be provided to you upon request, at an administration fee that is subject to change by Road Shopper Logistics

  • We do offer consolidation of parcels, please advise our staff in advance of parcels that would need consolidation.
  • iShop will split parcels if they contain items of Hazardous nature. They may be removed and repacked into adequate or appropriate packaging to ensure they are sent in compliance with airline regulation.
  • Current cut off day is Wednesday COB for our weekly shipments.
  • Insurance: If you would like to insure your goods with Road Shopper Logistics, please email, for a quote and Terms and Conditions. Where insurance is not taken out by client, liability of the company will be limited up to a maximum of ZAR3.5 per KG, to be calculated on the spot rate, where spot rate will be the ruling currency rate on the market.
